Gordon and Pat McMahon and the entire team at The Shores @ the Ocean are pleased to welcome RJ McHatton as the new Sales Manager for Fractional Real Estate Sales at The Shores @ the Ocean, located in Lincoln City, Oregon.

RJ McHatton joins The Shores team with an extensive knowledge and experience in the sales and marketing of Fractional ownerships. McHatton began his Fractional Sales career in 1988 at Eagle Crest Resort in Central Oregon and has been recognized as a leader in the fractional industry.

McHatton has over 20 years experience and a tremendous successful track record in the sales and marketing of Fractional Real Estate in Oregon and Washington.

The Shores @ the Ocean, located in Lincoln City, Oregon, began in 2002 designing, building, furnishing, selling, and managing several High End Ocean Front Luxury homes sold in 1/7th real estate ownerships on the Oregon Coast.
