With fractional ownership, you can buy as much of a second home as you want. Each purchaser is a "deeded tenant in common." There is no expensive upkeep. The Shores takes care of yard and property mainte-nance, cleaning, repairs and maid service. Each home comes complete with the use of a Chrysler convertible during your stay and there are storage lockers for storing special items you'll want to use during your next visit.

The Shores currently has shares available in three outstanding homes. The gorgeous Bella Beach oceanfront home has four bedrooms and three baths, with easy access to the beach. One-seventh ownership in this home is $210,000.

In Lincoln Shores Estates, this 5500-square-foot beauty has a theater/media room with big screen and there are four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths. With this home, owners may also have an optional membership at the Chinook Winds Golf Club. The share price of this home is $235,000.

In southwest Lincoln City, this beautiful oceanfront has four bed-rooms (two are masters) and three-and-a-half baths. There are multiple decks for enjoying the view from its high bank location. Shares in this home are $219,000.
